The Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (“CGIF”) is pleased to announce its support for the guaranteed IDR319.5 billion 3-year and 5-year senior bond (“Bond”) and IDR160 billion 3-year and 5-year ijarah sukuk (“Sukuk”) issuances by PT Polytama Propindo (“Polytama” or “the Company”). The Sukuk transaction is the first guaranteed IDR denominated sukuk in Indonesia and the first sukuk with a CGIF guarantee.
