A Memorandum of Understanding between Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank, and China-ASEAN Investment Cooperation Fund II GP was signed on 4 September 2023 during the China-ASEAN Summit at Jakarta, Indonesia.
This Memorandum was set out to promote and support bond financing for infrastructure development with a strong focus on green financing, sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards in the ASEAN+3 region.
