Manila, 12 August 2026 – Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (“ADB”), is pleased to announce its participation in a club deal alongside local financial institutions and the ADB for a RM2.6 billion Shariah-compliant Sukuk Wakalah Programme (“Sukuk Programme”) established by Sime Darby Property NEV (Holdings) Sdn Bhd (“SDP NEV”).
